The Twentynine Palms City Council meeting on April 23 has three items on its agenda for the closed session that starts at 5 p.m.: a performance evaluation for the city attorney, a potential case of litigation against the state Department of Finance, and a discussion of the City Manager position. In the 6 p.m. open session, public hearings are scheduled on Development Code amendments on time extensions for tentative tract maps and appeals procedures.
