The Twentynine Palms City Council will meet in a workshop and then closed session tomorrow. The workshop session at 12 noon at city hall will focus on strategic planning for the city. The closed session immediately after will be an evaluation of City Manger Frank Luckino. Any actions taken during the closed session will be announced.
