Tonight, the Twentynine Palms City Council gathers for its bi-monthly meeting, which was moved to Wednesday of this week instead of the usual Tuesday due to local graduation ceremonies.
There will be an engineer’s annual report for the City’s lighting and landscaping assessment of District 1, a likely authorization for the I-Bank loan resolution to complete the process, and discussion around the city manager contract amendment.
The meeting will wrap up with a deep dive into the proposed two-year budget for Project Phoenix – totaling out at approximately $2.1M – and the proposed special fund budget for the fiscal budgets of 2019/20 and 2020/21.
The meeting starts at 5 p.m. at Twentynine Palms City Hall on Adobe Road.
