Before any city business is discussed at tonight’s city council meeting in Twentynine Palms, first up is Project Phoenix. Starting at 5:45 p.m., the City Council and Planning Commission will hold a workshop to discuss the current Project Phoenix site plan.
When the regular council meeting commences at 6:45 pm., agenda items will include reports from Morongo Basin Ambulance and the Fire Department Emergency Response. The council will then review a $180,000 contract with design firm, H Plus F, for renovation plans of Theater 29.
The council will also receive a thorough code enforcement update and review a revised contract with the Chamber of Commerce.
Tonight’s combined meetings will take place at City Hall 6136 Adobe Road in Twentynine Palms beginning at 5:45 p.m.
