TWENTYNINE PALMS CEMETERY DISTRICT MANAGER FIRED

The Twentynine Palms Cemetery District voted unanimously in a closed session early Sunday morning to fire its district manager for cause, effective immediately. Stacey Lee had been acting as the cemetery’s district manager since March 26, 2018, with a salary of $24 per hour for a 40-hour work week. The board members are limited by closed session rules and cannot publicly disclose the reasons why Lee was terminated.
