The Twentynine Palms Cemetery District will hold a special meeting Thursday, June 16. After announcing the appointment of Jeff Matthews as a cemetery trustee, the board will review employee job descriptions and salaries. The board will then go into closed session to discuss a potential insurance claim. The meeting is set for 6 p.m. in cemetery offices, 5350 Encelia Avenue in Twentynine Palms.
