The Twentynine Palms Cemetery Board of Directors will meet at 5:30 p.m. Thursday. Among the items on the agenda, the directors will discuss the policy for markers for spouses in Section B-7 veteran plots. And since the County no longer pays for plots for indigent burials, the directors will discuss and vote on removing this provision from its policy manual. The meeting will be held in cemetery district offices at 5350 Encelia Avenue in Twentynine Palms.
