The Twentynine Palms Cemetery District Board of Trustees will meet at 4:30 p.m. today, Tuesday, October 20. Due to the COVID-19 stay-at-home order, the meeting will not be open to the public. The board will hear updates on: the 2019-20 audit; an update on repairs of the cemetery grounds; and an update on the LAFCO visit to the cemetery in September. Also on the agenda, the board will discuss hiring an attorney, and whether board members should receive interment benefits if they don’t complete their term of office.
