The Twentynine Palms High School boys’ basketball teams traveled to Desert Mirage Tuesday to play a Desert Valley League matchup against the Rams. All three teams won.
Varsity beat the host Rams by a score of 79-34. The Wildcats were paced by Juniors Jaylan Bradberry with 14 points and seven rebounds, and Troy Tuivaiti with 11 points and five assists. The Wildcats improve to 6-3 overall, and 4-1 in DVL play on a night that saw every player score.
The junior varsity Wildcats won, 66-18, led by junior Seth Wiliford with 13 points and 10 rebounds. Sophomore Izaiah Leopoldo scored 13 points and had five steals. The team improves to 7-2 on the season.
The frosh-soph team won by a score of 62-17. Freshman Jeremiah Holmes scored 18 points with five rebounds, and sophomore Ethan Johnson scored 10 points and had 15 rebounds. The Wildcats improve to 5-0 on the season.
