The Twentynine Palms High School baseball team has just started their 2015 season. For varsity, with an early season win against Indian Springs High, the Wildcats got off to a good start. In the first inning, the Wildcats scored four runs to their one run. The Wildcats then put up three in the second and three in the third, to secure a safe 10-5 victory. Coach Stanford said that the team is looking good and is looking forward to this upcoming season. But there is still some things they need to learn. They have a tournament this weekend in Hemet, the 12th through the 14th. For JV, Coach Art says that the team is almost prepared before we start off the season. Also he is looking forward to a good season with this young team of his.
