TWENTYNINE LIBRARY TO CELEBRATE NATIONAL TEEN READ WEEK

During Teen Read Week, October 12-18, teens are invited to the Twentynine Palms Library to guess which book is inside the jar at the circulation desk. Correct guesses will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a gift card. Each participant will also receive a free book. Teen Read Week is a national literacy initiative treated by the Young Adult Library Services Association. Its purpose is to encourage teens to be regular readers and library users. This program is for teens in grades 7 through 12. Guesses can be submitted at the circulation desk of the Twentynine Palms Branch Library between by October 18. One guess per teen will be accepted.
