The first of the morongo basin’s Halloween events are kicking off this Saturday, Oct. 22, with a big trunk or treat event at the Little School of the Desert. Assignment reporter Robert Haydon rings the doorbell.
From 10 am to 12 noon, the public is invited to the big parking lot at the little school of the desert at 6085 Ocotillo Ave in 29 Palms where you and the kids can come in costume to trick or treat at all the decorated cars, enjoy a big bouncy house and get your face painted. There will also be a silent auction featuring donations from local merchants – proceeds from the event will be used to pay for new doors to the entrance of the non-profit preschool.
Get to the big parking lot at the Little School of the Desert from 10AM to Noon on Saturday (10/22) to kick off the hi-desert Halloween happenings.
