The Yucca Valley boys’ basketball team got their first win in front of fans as they beat Desert Hot Springs 68-34 Saturday (December 11) night. The Trojans were led by sophomore Myles Harper’s pressure defense and senior Aidan Gamboa’s post play and rebounding. The Trojans will play their next league games at Desert Mirage on Wednesday (December 15) night and home against Coachella Valley on Thursday (December 16).
