The Tri-Valley Little League of Yucca Valley is raising money to purchase equipment for its players and ball fields with a hit-a-thon. The hit-a-thon will be held from 9 to 3, Saturday, April 1. The three players that raise the most money will win cash prizes. In addition, prizes will be awarded for the team that raises the most money; for the longest hit in each division, for each player who raises $25, and for each team with 100 percent attendance at the hit-a-thon.
