The Hi-Desert Medical Center will hold the first tri-chamber mixer of 2018 on January 11. The mixer for the Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree, and Twentynine Palms Chambers of Commerce will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Helen Gray Education Center on the hospital campus in Joshua Tree.
