TRANSITION JOSHUA TREE BRANCHING OUT

Transition Joshua Tree is branching out—from growing plants to growing brains. Reporter Dan Stork tells about three-brain facilitation…

It’s an intriguing title: “The Three-Brained Facilitator,” further explained as “a full-day workshop to develop facilitation skills to guide collaborative groups.” The hands-on workshop will offer practical information and techniques for staying connected to purpose, being aware of group processes and making meetings more effective. Participants will learn to draw on three different modes: thinking, feeling and doing. It’s being offered by the Transition Joshua Tree Heart & Soul Team on Saturday, May 10, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at a location that will be disclosed when you register. Workshop presenters include Eva Montville, Bernard Leibov and Susan Jordan. The sponsor will supply soup, and each participant is asked to bring their own bowl, spoon, and sandwich. A donation of $20 is suggested. To register, email [email protected], or call 760-401-0809.
