A transient out of Fontana was arrested Wednesday, accused of being in possession of burglary tools. According to a Sheriff’s report, a deputy stopped a vehicle near Sunburst Avenue and Highway 62 about 6:20 Wednesday afternoon. The deputy discovered that the Gabriel Garribay, 31, had two warrants for his arrest. During a search of Garribay, the deputy found drugs and drug paraphernalia, as well as a bag containing binoculars, sandpaper, an ice pick, and pry bars. Gabriel Garribay was arrested for his warrants and on suspicion of being in possession of burglary tools, booked at the Morongo Basin Jail with his total bail set at $65,000.
