TRAFFIC STOP RESULTS IN THREE ARRESTS IN YUCCA VALLEY

A traffic stop in Yucca Valley early Monday morning resulted in the arrest of three people on outstanding warrants. According to a Sheriff’s report, Clint Pitner, 40, of Yucca Valley, was stopped about 3 a.m. at Balsa Avenue and Sunnyslope Drive in YuccaValley for a rolling traffic stop. In the car with Pitner were Tammy Hathaway, 40, also of Yucca Valley, and Timothy Jordan, 42, of Joshua Tree, who both were on felony parole. During a parole check of the vehicle, the deputy found drug paraphernalia and a clear baggie of methamphetamine. Clint Pitner was arrested for investigation of possession of a controlled substance, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail with his bail set at $25,000. Timothy Jordan was arrested on a DUI warrant. Jordan was also booked into the Morongo Basin Jail with his bail set at $50,000. Tammy Hathaway was arrested on a no-bail warrant for violating her parole, booked into the West Valley Detention Center with no bail.
