TPHS TENNIS STARTS SEASON OFF STRONG

The Twentynine Palms High School Boys’ varsity tennis team traveled to Desert Mirage to face the Rams on Monday (March 7). The Wildcats beat the Rams 10 to 8. In singles action, Rian Kines, Damian Contreras, and Arnulfo Moncado each won one set.  In doubles action, the team of Hunter Branch and Brayden Chambers swept all three of their sets. The team of Jordan Johnson-Dowdle and Lake Gordon along with the team of Merrick Johnson and Luke Bowers both won two sets each. The Wildcats are now 1-0 and face Yucca Valley High School away today (March 9).
