The Toys for Tots campaign is well underway. And while many families haven’t yet turned in Toy Request Forms, others are already wondering when they’ll receive a gift for their child. Wonder no more, we’ve got distribution dates right now. There are three distribution dates in Morongo Basin. For Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree, Morongo Valley and Landers, toys will be distributed from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. December 12 at the Yucca Valley Community Center. Distribution to Twentynine Palms families is on December 17 at the Twentynine Palms Community Center from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. That is also a second chance date for anyone in Yucca Valley who missed earlier distribution. And for families aboard the Combat Center, toy distribution is set for Dec. 19 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Building 2070 on 13th Street. That date is for military/base personnel only.
