Toys: The Inside Story is a traveling science exhibit that highlights the inner workings of some of our favorite toys. Kids and adults of all ages
can explore linkages, cams, pulleys and circuits at more than a dozen interactive stations. Find out which mechanisms make toys move, and how. Steady your hands and win at Operation, explore how an Etch-a-Sketch draws pictures like magic, and crank the handle on a Jack-in-the-Box and discover what makes Jack jump. The exhibits will be on display now through September 1. For more information, contact the Hi-Desert Nature Museum at 760-369-7212.
