The Town of Yucca Valley continues to offer its voucher program for spaying and neutering dogs and cats. There are no income restrictions for the voucher, but residents are limited to three vouchers, each worth $60 for dogs, and $35 for cats, in a five-year period. Applications are available at Town Hall, at the animal shelter, or online at yucca-valley.org. Completed applications must include proof of residency. The vouchers are accepted at Animal Action League and both Yucca Valley vet clinics. For more information, call the animal shelter at 760-365-1807.
