Yucca Valley Mayor Jeff Drozd is launching his “with the mayor” series, where the public can meet the mayor and talk informally about items of concern. Drozd will hold his first event 10 a.m. Saturday, December 21, to celebrate the winter solstice and his birthday, at the Hi-Desert Nature Museum in Yucca Valley. His next event will be Monday, December 23, at 10 a.m. at the town hall. Bring your questions and comments and enjoy a soda with the mayor.
