Tortoise Rock Casino in Twentynine Palms will re-open Friday (May 22), starting at 10 a.m. The casino has announced the following safety measures:
Employees will be tested for COVID-19 before returning to work and will receive periodic testing.
Everyone entering the casino will pass through a wellness checkpoint, and hand sanitation dispensers will be located throughout the casino.
Face masks are required for all employees and customers.
To encourage social distancing, 50 percent of the slot chairs have been removed.
All contact surfaces will be cleaned at least once an hour, and the casino will be closed from 3 a.m. to 7 a.m. so that a deep clean can be performed in all areas.
