Government offices, schools, the post office, banks, the county court system, MBTA bus service, and most businesses will be closed Thursday for the Thanksgiving holiday. Some agencies, including the courts, Copper Mountain College, and the Town of Yucca Valley and the City of Twentynine Palms, will be closed on Friday as well. Burrtec Waste and Recycling will also be closed on Thursday. Trash pick-up will be delayed by one day.
