The first order of business at the Twentynine Palms City Council meeting on July 22 is a public hearing on confirming the assessment for the coming year, and hearing the Engineer’s report for Lighting and Assessment District #1. Discussions include
• corrections to the final City budget for the coming year;
• appointment of a planning commissioner to fill a vacancy, and
• a request from Morongo Basin Ambulance Association to allow ambulance services in multiple zoning districts.
The meeting starts at 6 pm in City Hall on Adobe Road.
