Sign-ups have begun for the Grubstake Days horseshoes tournament on May 25. A cash prize of $200 will be given to the first-place team and $100 given to the second-place team. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. The entry fee is $20 per team. Registrations will also be taken on the day of the tournament at the Carnival grounds at the corner of Highway 62 and Hilton in Yucca Valley. The tournament starts at noon.
