Put on your cowboy boots, flannel shirts, and jeans for the Morongo Basin Unity Home’s Wild West Showdown, set for 6 p.m. Saturday, October 20 at the Boys and Girls Club of the Hi-Desert Yucca Valley. The fundraiser will include a barbecue dinner, live music by 7 Second Ride, raffles, a silent auction, and the ever popular dessert auction. Tickets are $30 and are available at the Unity Home office, 7237 Joshua Lane in Yucca Valley, the Morongo Basin Unity Home Thrift Shop, located at 61605 29 Palms Hwy in Joshua Tree, and at the Z107.7 studio in Joshua Tree.
