Last year’s Lobsterfest, sponsored by the Yucca Valley Rotary Club, was a sell-out, and this year’s event promises to be bigger and better. A scenic Western ranch in Pioneertown will be the site of the second Lobsterfest May 20, where diners will eat under the stars. Each diner will be served an Atlantic lobster and steak, and dinners will include a potato bar, roasted veggies, and dessert, with a no-host bar. The event includes live music provided by Whiskey Blues Band, dancing in the horse arena, and live and silent auctions. The lobster feast is set for May 20, from 5 to 9 p.m. Tickets, $100 per person, or $175 per couple, are available at the Loan Lady in Yucca Valley, or online at yvrotary.org.
