Tickets are still available for the Twentynine Palms Historical Society’s 2019 Desert Retro Bash. The event is open to members and non-members and will be this Saturday, April 6, from 5 to 8 p.m., at the Broadview Hacienda, located at 73452 Sunnyslope Dr. in Twentynine Palms.
This year’s theme is Love In-Peace Out. Guests are invited and encouraged to dress in the fashion of the sixties. The evening will include hors d’oeuvre, adult libations, and desserts, as well as a silent auction and a raffle. Background music will be a play list of the most memorable songs of the day.
This event is to raise funds to help the Twentynine Palms Historical Society continue to preserve our local history, art, music, literature, and to help keep the doors of the Old Schoolhouse Museum open.
