THREE SUSPECTED OF DRUG ACTIVITY ARRESTED IN TWENTYNINE PALMS

Three Twentynine Palms men were arrested early Saturday morning when they were found with drugs inside a vacant home in Twentynine Palms home. According to a Sheriff’s report, a neighbor noticed lights on in a vacant home in the 74900 block of Serrano Drive about 2 a.m. Arriving deputies found three men, identified as Matthew Reeves, 28; Anthony Romero, 42; and Daniel Stewart, 40, inside the home, along with drugs. Matthew Reeves was arrested for investigation of being in possession of a dirk or dagger and violation of his parole, booked at the Morongo Basin Jail, and is being held without bail. Anthony Romero was arrested for investigation of possession of a controlled substance for sales, booked at the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $25,000. And Daniel Stewart, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and for possession of a dirk or dagger, booked at the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $75,000.
