THREE PEOPLE ARRESTED IN YUCCA VALLEY ON WARRANTS

Three people were arrested in Yucca Valley Thursday morning. According to limited information from the Sheriff’s Department, at least four deputies went to a motel in the 55400 block of 29 Palms Highway about 6:20 a.m. Thursday morning. There they located Christian McCool, 23; Monique Ebenal, 21; and William Phillips, 20. Christian McCool was arrested on three warrants for possession of a dirk or dagger; possession of metal knuckles; and possession of ammunition by a felon; and on a $225,000 warrant for robbery. He was booked at the Morongo Basin Jail and is being held without bail. Monique Ebenal was arrested for being an accessory to a crime, booked at the Morongo Basin Jail, with her bail set at $25,000. William Phillips was arrested on a $25,000 warrant for battery, and booked at the Morongo Basin Jail.
