We have limited information about a two-vehicle crash in Twentynine Palms Monday afternoon. About 3 p.m.,a vehicle traveling eastbound on Highway 62 attempted to make a left-hand turn onto Lear Avenue, and turned into a second vehicle, traveling westbound on the highway. Two patients from the westbound vehicle suffered moderate injuries and were taken to Desert Regional Medical Center; the driver of the eastbound vehicle had minor injuries and was taken to Hi-Desert Medical Center.
