On Thursday, in the 6000 block of Outpost Road, three Joshua Tree residents were arrested for investigation of various drug charges: Richelle Hopperandrade, 30, on suspicion of possession of controlled substances for sales; and Richard Lane, 33, and Geoffrey Davis, 44, for keeping a place to sell drugs and possession of controlled substances for sale. They were booked into the Morongo Basin Jail with their bail set at $50,000 each, with Richelle Hopperandrade posting her bail.
