THREE ACCUSED OF BREAKING INTO TWENTYNINE PALMS HIGH SCHOOL

A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Tuesday, accused of breaking into Twentynine Palms High School with two juveniles Saturday. According to a Sheriff’s report, deputies were called about a break-in that happened at the school about 7 p.m. Video surveillance showed the two boys and Arturo Gonzalez, 22, entering the boys’ locker room and stealing a projector, clothing, hygiene products, and a football. The deputy identified the juveniles, who said that Gonzalez was with them. The stolen items were found in Gonzalez’s home. Arturo Gonzalez was arrested for investigation of burglary, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $25,000.
