Following a quick special session during which directors will elect a new board president and vice president, the board is expected to dispatch several items and approve the District’s Comprehensive Financial Report for the fiscal year 2021. At Joshua Basin Water District, the board will make official its acceptance of the resignation of long-time board member Mike Reynolds, who is relocating out of the district. The board will then decide to fill that open seat by appointment or through a costly special election.
