This week, April 19 – 25, is Medical Laboratory Professionals Week. The laboratory professionals are dedicated behind-the-scenes healthcare workers who provide diagnostic support for patient care. In this time of COVID-19 and the push to testing, they have been and will be part of the extraordinary support effort. We salute those lab heroes at the Hi-Desert Medical Center Laboratory and the MCAGCC Robert E. Bush Hospital. The focus of the medical laboratories is: “The right patient to get the right test at the right time.”
