“THINK: RECONSTRUCTION” EXHIBIT AT THE HI-DESERT NATURE MUSEUM

In today’s era of heightened environmental awareness, artists are increasingly turning to junk stores, trash bins, and surplus outlets to satisfy their urge to create while still caring for the planet. The Hi-Desert Nature Museum’s Reduce, Reuse, Recycle exhibition, titled “Think: Reconstruction,” is meant to make people rethink our throw-away society by sharing the local community’s innovation and often surprising use of reused and recycled materials. The show includes artwork from 43 artists, with the youngest artist being only 3 years old. The show will be on display at the museum in Yucca Valley through May 18.
