“Songs for a New World,” a modern song cycle by composer Jason Robert Brown, heads for its opening night April 2, right in the comfort of your living room. Director Scott Clinkscales has assembled a veteran ensemble of award-winning performers to bring this production to life. Since in-person performances are still prohibited, this production was filmed at Theatre 29. Clinkscales says, “This is the one show this year you absolutely cannot miss.”
“Songs for a New World” will stream online weekends April 2 through April 25—Friday and Saturday nights at 7 p.m., Sunday matinees at 2:30 p.m. For tickets, visit theatre29.org.
