Little orphan Annie is played by young talent Carly Bateman and the perpetually hung-over Miss Hannigan by Char Childs. Daddy Warbucks is portrayed by Charles Harvey, his secretary Grace by Cindy Ross. The con-artist duo of Rooster and Lily by Chris and Katie Fleischman and Dave Jessup portrays President Roosevelt.
