Theatre 29 is now accepting director’s submissions for the 2017 theatre season. Reporter Rebecca Havely explains the process… Local theatrical directors are invited to submit a family-oriented play, comedy, drama or musical suggestion to Theatre 29 for consideration. The selection committee will submit their recommendations to the full board of directors to make a final decision. Directors, please select two titles to allow for flexibility. Submit a script and an estimation of the shows budget, including estimated royalties and script costs. First-time directors should include a biography of your theatrical background. All directors are volunteer positions. There are six production slots for the 2017 season. The deadline for submissions is June 30.
