The Board of Directors of Theatre 29 has finalized the theater’s reopening plan. The in-person, 2021 season programming will begin with the award-winning Summer Youth Theatre program starting July 5. The five-week intensive program for students aged 7-17 will culminate in performances of the brand-new Disney musical “Moana Jr.” during the first weekend of August to limited family audiences.
The long-awaited production of “The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe” will take the stage August 20-September 5.
The deliciously wicked musical “A Gentleman’s Guide To Love and Murder” will play October 1-24, followed by “A Christmas Carol, The Musical” November 19-December 12. More information will be available soon at theatre29.org.
