Director Eddie Tucker has cast “The Sunshine Boys” at Theatre 29. The play focuses on an aging vaudevillian duo, Lewis and Clark. Al Lewis will be played by newcomer Alfred Klein. Willie Clark will be portrayed by award-winning actor Kurt Schauppner. Willie’s nephew and agent will be played by newcomer Jeremy Volsteadt. Actors cast in featured roles include Brittany Smith, Daneita Chestnut, Barry Inscore, Mike Shaw and David Knutson. The show opens January 15 and runs through February 7.
Tickets for “The Sunshine Boys” are available now on line at theatre29.org or by calling 760-361-4151. Tickets are $15 for general admission, $12 for seniors and military, and $10 for children under 12 and students with ID. Season tickets for 2016 are now available.
