The Town of Yucca Valley Recreation Department is offering a variety of enrichment classes. This Saturday (October 16), the town will be offering a CPR certification course from 9 a.m. to noon. Classes are held in the Cholla Room at the Yucca Valley Community Center. During the 2 ½ hour class, participants will learn Adult, Child & Infant CPR, Heimlich maneuver, and AED demonstration from Certified American CPR Training Instructor, Michael Lang. All class materials will be provided, and participants will earn an American CPR Training Certification Card good for 2 years. Class is open to participants 12 years and older. The fee for the class is $25, pre-registration is required. All classes take place at the Yucca Valley Community Center Complex located at 57090 Twentynine Palms Highway.
