“THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD” CONTINUES AT THEATER 29

The comedic musical, who-done-it, “The Mystery of Edwin Drood” continues its run at Theatre 29 this weekend. Reporter Rebecca Havely shares how you can help solve the mystery…

“The Mystery of Edwin Drood” is the winner of the Tony “Triple Crown” Best Musical, Best Book and Best Score!  A distinguished company of Victorian-era actors ask you the audience, to help them solve the ending of an unfinished Dickens novel. The young Edwin Drood mysteriously disappears, presumably murdered. But who did it? Was it Drood’s drug addicted rival John Jasper? The infamous opium den owner, Princess Puffer? The Reverend Crisparkle? Durdles, the drunken grave digger? Or the mysterious twins from the Orient, Helena and Neville Landless? In the end the audience votes at each performance on who did the deed.  This ensures you’ll never see the same show twice!

For Z107.7 news this is reporter Rebecca Havely.
