“THE LITTLE MERMAID” GALA OPENING AT THEATRE 29 BENEFITS REACH-OUT

The opening night gala benefit of “Disney’s The Little Mermaid” at Theater 29 is Friday, March 11. The evening begins at 6 p.m. with refreshments and a silent auction. The curtain will rise at 7 p.m. and dessert will be served at intermission. The musical tells the story of Ariel, King Triton’s youngest daughter, who dares to pursue the human Prince Eric in the world above and bargains with the evil sea witch, Ursula, to trade her tail for legs. Under the direction of the award-winning duo Gary Daigneault and Ed Will, this classic tale is sure to please the entire family. Tickets for opening night only are $25. Tickets are available at the Z107.7 studios at 6448 Hallee Road in Joshua Tree; The Desert Trail at 6396 Adobe Road in Twentynine Palms, and at the Reach Out Morongo Basin offices in the Twentynine Palms and Yucca Valley senior centers. “Disney’s Little Mermaid” will run weekends at Theater 29 from March 11 through April 9 Friday and Saturday evenings at 7, with 2:30 Sunday matinees on March 20 and April 9.
