December is here and so too are the elves. If you’ve ever wondered where Christmas elves originated from or how exactly they became so popular, consider attending an online lecture sponsored by the Hi-Desert Nature Museum on December 17th at 1 pm.
Led by Program Supervisor and Biologist Stefanie Ritter, the lecture will take a deep dive into the long history of elf mythology and folklore. So, grab some hot cocoa and get elf-educated.
