The 7th Annual Taste of Morongo will be held on Saturday, September 13, from 6 to 8 pm at the Bell Center on the Copper Mountain College campus. The cost is $20 per person. Participating Restaurants Include: Applebee’s, Bruce’s Place, Gonzo Taco’s, J.T. Saloon, Las Palmas, Louisiana Fish & Chicken, Pie for the People, Papa’s Smokehouse, Park Rock Café, Sam’s, Mojave $5 Pizza Place, and the 29 Palms Inn. ON TAPP will be providing music. Beverages, including beer and wine, will be available for purchase. There will also be a raffle. Proceeds will provide scholarships, leadership camps, shoes for kids and benefit community philanthropic projects.
