The Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County is sponsoring a symposium on poverty Friday, March 11. Sasha Abramsky, who has written several books on poverty, hunger, and crime, will be the keynote speaker, followed by a special presentation on economic security. The symposium is free; an optional lunch is $15. The deadline to register is March 4. The symposium will be held from 8 to 3:30 at Cal State University San Bernardino.
