“Back to Eden” addresses some of the vital issues facing agriculture today, including soil preparation, fertilization, irrigation, weed and pest control, crop rotation, and Ph issues. Learn about sustainable organic growing methods that are used in diverse climates around the world. After the movie, Donny and Culista Brooks from Landers will talk about their garden and how they get it to bloom and produce a wide variety of vegetables. And Manuela Hesslup will talk about wicking beds. As always, a light vegetarian meal will be provided. The movie starts at 6 p.m. at the church, 8035 Church Street in Yucca Valley.
